Walk Like the Egyptians!

Welcome to our Autumn Term topic, Walk Like the Egyptians!

This term, we will be travelling back in time to explore the fascinating world of the Ancient Egyptians. We will discover what life was like thousands of years ago, learn about powerful pharaohs, investigate mysterious pyramids and tombs, and find out why the River Nile was so important to Egyptian life.

Throughout the term, we will develop our historical skills by asking questions, examining evidence and comparing life in Ancient Egypt with life today. We will also make links across the curriculum through reading, writing, art, geography and design activities inspired by this exciting civilisation.

We are looking forward to an exciting term of learning and discovery as we walk like the Egyptians!
